The 50 m2 apartment, called La Zògia, is original, very comfortable and well furnished; it is central and located in a calm neighbourhood. It is located in the Cannaregio district, a few steps from the Ca’ d’Oro museum, a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, 800 metres from Saint Mark’s Basilica and 900 metres from Teatro La Fenice. Among the places of interest near the apartment, besides the magnificent Ca’ d’Oro museum, are the Teatro Malibran and the Casino di Venezia.

It is located in “Strada Nova”, a typical Venetian district, with lots of small bars, all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and pastry shops.
The public transport (vaporetto) is 20 meters from the apartment and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the public transport for Marco Polo airport.
Thanks to a convenient landing spot 20 meters from the apartment, you can arrive by water taxi. The apartment is in a structure dating back to the 17th century, and it only takes one flight of stairs to reach it.
It is equipped with a large bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds (according to your needs), a large wardrobe and a desk.
The open plan kitchen, integrated with the living room, is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, 4 burners, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all the crockery you might need.
The large seating area has a sofa bed for 2 adults and a second comfortable sofa facing the television.
There is a full bathroom with shower cubicle, soaps and hairdryer.
The washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility room.
We offer free high-speed WiFi, a map of Venice and welcome drinks upon arrival.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT TO LA ZÒGIA

When you’re in Marco Polo,You can get the public bus direction Piazzale Roma. When you will arrive at Piazzale Roma, you can et the public boat N. 1 direction LIDO and stop at CA’ D’ORO (is the 5th stop).
The ticket price, Euro 7,50 per person.
