The apartment enjoys a super location in Venice; it is in the central district of Cannaregio, in one of the liveliest and most characteristic parts of Venice: the “Strada Nova”. The area is full of many bars and “bacari” (traditional Venetian inns), where you can try typical Venetian aperitifs accompanied by delicious “cicheti” (small snacks and side dishes). It is close to the most important monuments and museums, all within walking distance: you can reach the Casino in 5 minutes, the Rialto Bridge in 5 minutes, and Piazza San Marco in 10 minutes. There are many typical Venetian shops and all kinds of restaurants to suit all budgets; there is a supermarket right in front of the apartment. The public transport stop for Ca’ d’Oro (vaporetto), which lets you get to every part of Venice, is just a stone’s throw away, and 5 minutes’ walk takes you to the public transport stop for the airport.
The water taxi can get right under the windows of the apartment thanks to a convenient landing spot.
The 97 m2 apartment, fully renovated, is located on the first floor of a 16th century Venetian palazzo, with only a few steps to enter the apartment.
The furnishings are luxurious, with original antique furniture. The apartment is for 4 people with the possibility, upon request, of equipping it with a cot. There is central heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, 4 burners, large fridge with freezer, pans and all kinds of crockery, wine glasses; just about everything you need to have a fantastic holiday.
From the living room’s large windows, sitting on a comfortable armchair or on the sofa, you can admire the Grand Canal while sipping an aperitif; the dining table placed near the windows lets you have lunch or dinner with a splendid view of the Grand Canal.
The whole apartment has parquet flooring.
The bathroom is brand new, complete and equipped with a large shower, soaps, hairdryer.
The utility room is equipped with an iron and ironing board.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds; complete bed linen and towels will be made available for the duration of the stay.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
